At Flowics, being customer-centric is one of our core values. Our goal is to provide production teams of all sizes with the best set of tools for in-studio or remote production of interactive content and live graphics to captivate their audiences.
We believe we can only achieve this goal if we are close to our community of users through all available touchpoints. Our Customer Support Team plays a key role in this.
That's why we're excited to announce that we have expanded our Support team to offer 24x7 online Customer Support worldwide, available in 3 languages: Spanish, Portuguese and English. We have scaled our Customer Support Team with shifts that cover the 24 hours of the day, everyday of the year, including weekends and national holidays.
The expansion of our Customer Support team is just one more step in a set of initiatives we’ve been working on to help our customers get the most out of the Flowics platform, become expert users and guarantee that we’ll always be there for them when they need us most.
Here are some other initiatives we’re working on:
- Expanding the content of our online Knowledge Base with more in-depth how-to guides for the different production workflows in which Flowics can be integrated.
- Adding new channels of communication like WhatsApp, apart from email or online chat, for faster response and mobile communication.
- Making our Knowledge Base available in additional languages, such us Spanish (just launched) and Portuguese (coming soon), apart from English.
- Expanding our Video Tutorials available in our YouTube Channel, like our tutorials on Graphics and Participation Mechanics.
